All persons included in this post are innocent of crimes until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jaime Lynn McAllister, 35, of Hays was arrested at 11:59 a.m. on May 6, 2013 in the 4300 block of Vine Street on suspicion of:

Theft of prop/services.

Temera Cynthia Lyne, 27, of Hays was arrested at 4:00 p.m. on May 7, 2013 in the 500 block of Halladay Street on suspicion of Burglary; Dwelling with intent to commit felony, theft or sexually motivated crime. Theft (value $1000 to $25000).

Kody Lane Jacoby Eli, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 4:00 p.m. on May 7, 2013 in the 500 block of Halladay Street on suspicion of: Burglary; Dwelling with intent to commit felony, theft or sexually motivated crime
Theft (value $1000 to $25000).

Jevon Lynn Labarge, 37 of Hays was arrested at 12:42 a.m., in the 3600 block of Vine Street on suspicion of battery and disorderly conduct. She was also arrested at 10:19 p.m.,in the 2700 block of Augusta Lane on suspicion of Battery of a law enforcement officer, Reckless with bodily harm, Interfering with Duties of a Police Officer 
and Criminal Damage.

Brandon Stacy Sanders, 24, of Hays, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on May 8, 2013 in the 300 block of West 19th Street on suspicion of:

Domestic battery; Knowing rude physical contact with family member
Criminal Damage
Criminal Trespass.

Jacob Steven Weaver, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 12:57 p.m. on May 8, 2013 in the 500 block of West 8th Street on suspicion of:

Criminal damage to property; Without consent value $1000 to $25,000.
