Charles Joseph Eichman, 18, was arrested at 3:04 a.m. Oct. 14 in the 3000 block of Sternberg on suspicion of drug distribution, possession of drug paraphernalia and no drug tax stamp.
John Weigel, 19, was arrested at 3:04 a.m. Oct. 14 in the 3000 block of Sternberg on suspicion of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deyton Michael Davis, 24, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. Oct. 16 in the 1100 block of East 17th on suspicion of failure to appear.
