Michael Quinn Hahne, 27, La Crosse, was arrested at 3:37 p.m. Aug. 26 in the 100 block of West 12th on suspicion of violation of an order of protection.
Travis Keith Kirkland, 49, Hays, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. Aug. 27 in the 100 block of West 12th on suspicion of criminal deprivation of property and criminal use of a financial card.
Otto Edward Chew, 61, Hays, was arrested Aug. 28 in the 3000 block of East Eighth on suspicion of drug distribution, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of drug paraphernalia for distribution.

Angela Sue Pride, 35, Ness City, was arrested at 11 a.m. Aug. 28 in the 100 block of West 12th on suspicion of violation of an order of protection.
Travis Keith Kirkland, 49, Hays, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. Aug. 27 in the 400 block of East Fifth on suspicion of theft, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a financial card and theft by deception.
