Dustin Edward Zahn, 25, Hays, was arrested at 2:58 a.m. June 2 in the 100 block of East 13th on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a firearm with under the influence of alcohol.
Jerrick Phillips, 25, Hays, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. June 2 in the 100 block of West Fifth on suspicion of battery and disorderly conduct.
Sarah Nicole Nuss, 33, Hays, was arrested at 1:55 a.m. June 1 in the 1300 block of Fort on suspicion of domestic battery.
