Callie May Dinkel, 26, Hill City, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. Aug. 7 in the 2700 block of Vine on suspicion of drug possession, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, transporting an open container of alcohol and interference with a law enforcement official.
