Jessica Lyndsey Cobine, 32, Albany, Ore., was arrested at 9:45 a.m. Feb. 7 in the 1000 block of East 43rd on suspicion of domestic battery, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shay Tracie Hoekman, 22, Hays, was arrested at 8:49 a.m. Feb. 5 in the 100 block of West 12th on suspicion of theft.
Thayne Alstin Spresser, 28, Hays, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. Feb. 6 in the 100 block of West 12th on suspicion of criminal threat, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
