Keith Douglas Chandler, 30, Lakewood, Colo., was arrested at 2:53 a.m. Jan. 4 in the 3400 block of Vine on suspicion of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph Robert LeClair, 22, Hays, was arrested at 11:53 a.m. Jan. 5 in the 1600 block of East 27th on suspicion of drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Candace Marie Terry, 33, Hays, was arrested at 7:12 p.m. Jan. 5 in the 1900 block of Holmes on suspicion of theft and forgery.
Allen Gene Statley, 28, Hays, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. Jan. 4 in the 2700 block of Colonial on suspicion of violation of an order of protection.
