• Blake James Schottenloher, 28, of Hays, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on April 8, 2013 in the 300 block of East 18th on suspicion of:
  Possession of stimulant
  Felony possession of marijuana
  Possession of drug paraphernalia
  Driving Under the Influence of drugs.
• Tanner Thomas Welsch, 26, of Hays, was arreseted at 11:41 a.m. on April 8, 2013 in the 4300 block of Vine Street on suspicion of Criminal damage to property; Felony.
• Christopher Jermaine Clark, 27, of Greenwood City SC, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. on April 8, 2013 at 170 and Vine Street on suspicion of Disorderly conduct; Unknown circumstance.
• Mistie Leigh Foote, 26, of Oakley, KS, was arrested at 3:13 p.m. on April 8, 2013 in the 2000 block of East 27th Street on suspicion of:
  Domestic battery; Knowing rude physical contact w/ family member
  Interference with Law Enforcement.
• Bethanee Mae Ochs, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on April 8, 2013 in the 300 block of Sherman Avenue on suspicion of:
  Liquor; Purchase or consumption alcoholic liquor or Cereal Malt Beverage by a minor
  Unlawful Use of a Driver’s License.
• William Cody Watson, 38, of Hays, was arrested at 9:40 a.m. on April 8, 2013 in the 200 block of West 14th Street on suspicion of Failure to appear.
• Zachary Robert Drummond, 24, of Hays, was arrested at 11:14 p.m. on April 8, 2013 in the 2900 block of Vine Street on: Disorderly conduct; Disturbing a meeting, assembly or procession.
• Brandi Marie Newman, 20, of Hays, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. on April 8, 2013 in the 2900 block of Vine Street on suspicion of Purchase or consumption alcoholic liquor or Cereal Malt Beverage by a minor.
• John Henry Anthony Sr, 54, of Hays, was arrested at 5:08 p.m. on April 9, 2013 in the 4300 block of Vine Street on suspicion of:
  Theft of property or services; Value less than $1,000
  Criminal Trespass.
• Priscilla Ann Hensley, 30, of Hays, was arrested at 5:40 p.m. on April 9, 2013 in the 4300 block of Vine Street on suspicion of Theft of property or services; Value less than $1,000.
• Robbie Lee Davis, 32, of Hays, was arrested at 9:16 p.m. on April 9, 2013 in the 200 block of West 36th Street on suspicious of:
  Aggravated robbery
  Domestic Battery.
• Conor Wayne Anderson, 19, of Hays, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on April 10, 2013 in the 500 block of West 20th Street on suspicion of:
  Possession of hallucinogenic drug
  Possession Drug Paraphernalia.
• Kevin Russell Etheridge, 24, of Hays, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. on April 10, 2013 in the 100 block of East 14th Street on suspicion of Probation Violation.
• Hayley Dawn Barnes, 25, of Hays, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. on April 10, 2013 in the 4300 block of Vine Street on suspicion of Theft of property or services; Value less than $1,000.
• Gordon Leon Brooks, 59, of Augusta KS, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. on April 10, 2013 in the 4600 block of Roth Avenue on suspicion of Lewd and lascivious; Exposing sex organs to another.
